Kozmo.com hit with lawsuit. I find this very disturbing. I don’t think that kozmo deserves the kind of label this implies. They are available in a few markets, and they should get to choose where they operate their business. Does this mean they should operate in every neighborhood in every town they go to whether or not that neighborhood would be profitable? They aren’t a very big company at this point, and I don’t think that free enterprise should be messed with like this.
